Rules:

Rule 1: Suggestions on the foal's appearance are no longer allowed. This includes references as well as requests for a certain difficulty of design. The foal designer will have free rein to do as they wish with the phenotype they were given.

Rule 2: Only 3 foaling forms per herd are allowed each foaling week.

Rule 3: Thumbnails are no longer allowed as a form of proof. If you put your proofs in this form, I will ask you to redo it and the foal will not be born until it is fixed. Raw links and text with embedded links are acceptable. This rule was made on the basis that thumbnails make the foaling form too long and hard to decipher.

Rule 4: All items must be submitted prior to the start of foaling week.

Rule 5: All Feather's Market Proof comments of item usage should be processed prior to the start of foaling week.

Rule 6: Mares must be P(3/3) in the tracker to foal out. (The ONLY exception is if you plan to use strawberries or golden apples on the foaling form)

Foaling week is now starts on the last Monday of the Month to simplify things. Foals should be expected to be designed at the earliest convenience of the designers.

Stillborns are possible: These happen at random. If you wish to prevent it, use a cranberry or a caring companion
Deformities are possible: They can happen when the pregnant mare gets injured or sick during her pregnancy. If you wish to prevent it, buy and use a mulberry or a caring companion. If you Thistle/Sunflower Seed the mare while she is pregnant, her foal will receive a defect that cannot be prevented.

Twins are possible: These happen at random or with the use of a Dandelion. Unless you use a Dandelion, you will not know you are having twins, even if you howlite the mare.
Mutations are possible: They happen on a schedule. I will not make the schedule known as that may make certain foaling weeks busier than others.

Deformaties: 

The possibilities are dependent on how hurt or sick the mare got during pregnancy. If the mare had multiple injures and sicknesses, the severity is going to be randomized between the possibilities.

If the mare injury or sickness was 1 healing image:
   1.    Mute - horse has no voice
   2.    Deaf (Complete lack of sound)
   3.    Blind (Complete lack of sight)
   4.    Infertile
   5.    Mane-Less
   6.    Floppy Ears
   7.    Premature
   8.    Gigantism (min 19HH to max 22 HH height)
   9.    Rat Tail
   10.    Dwarfism (11-13 HH height)

If the mare injury or sickness was 2 healing images:
   1.    Weak Legs
   2.    Weak bones (prone to breaking) Also called Brittle Bone Disorder
   3.    Lordosis - swayback deformity(can vary between extreme or almost not visible depending on the user)
   4.    Natural Bobbed tail (no tail)
   5.    Eyeless
   6.    Hairless
   7.    Haemophilia (Every injury will result in a +1 healing image. If the number of healing images is 3, the horse has a chance of death).
   8.    Extra tail vertebrae (tail will be either slightly longer or VERY long)
   9.    Cloven Hooves (in 4 hooves, like deers of cows)

If the mare injury or sickness was 3 healing images:
   1.    Missing limb (leg)
   2.    Born with Broken bones (will heal over time)
   3.    Wry Nose (can vary between minimally askew or extreme depending on the user)
   4.    Parasitic Twin (Extra Limb that doesn't work i.e. move. You can only have ONE. not multiple. Examples: extra leg, tail, eye, ear, ect. Imagination is your only limit)
   5.    Extra limb(Limb that works i.e. moves. You can only have ONE extra limb. not multiple. Examples: extra leg, tail, eye, ear, ect. Imagination is your only limit)
   6.    Conjoined twins(Extra head, the head will control half of the body and have a separate personality)

Mutations:

On certain months, one foal will be rolled a mutation from the following list. There is no way to force a foal to get a mutation unless you have a Cake item or have the Blessing of Abaddon (#15).

   1.    Bend Or Spots/Grease Marks
   2.    Birdcatcher Spots
   3.    Brindle
   4.    Reverse Brindle
   5.    Somatic
   6.    Chimera
   7.    Marbling
   8.    Bloody Shoulder(Only Greys)
   9.    Skewed Roan(Only Roans)
   10.    Calico(Only Single Cream Paints)
   11.    Cryptic Tobiano(Only Tobiano)
   12.    Chubari
   13.    Lace
   14.    Bider Marks (Only Duns)

15. Tiger Eye (Only brown eyes, can be partial brown eye.)

Pregnancy Proofs:

The different proofs needed for the 'Link to comment/image where the event was given' line: For mares pregnant after claiming, we need the comment in which the pregnancy was rolled. For mares pregnant before claiming, we need the tracking journal comment in which the mare was claimed or the comment in which the 'Find Mare' event was rolled. For mares pregnant when claimed from the Unclaimed Meadow, we need the tracking journal comment in which the mare was claimed.
