Marking a horse as deceased

This form is used when you wish to have a horse marked as Deceased.

NOTE: This means they are dead. They cannot be used as HARP characters nor brought back.

NOTE: If you wish to decease a foal, you must contact and gain approval from two admin and one founder. The foal must also be aged at least 1/3.
